Delivery addresses
Do not worry if you are unsure of the recipients full address.
We check all addresses against the post office records and add or amend post codes when necessary. We do, however, require a telephone number for the recipient to help our carriers speedily and accurately deliver your gifts.
For large parcels which need a signature, a work address is often easier than a home address to ensure delivery on a particular date.

Problems shopping online
Common problems:

  • "I click on the "add to basket" button but nothing appears in my basket?"
    This is most likely caused by your browser being set not to accept cookies.
    Cookies are an established web browser technology where a website leaves a small text file on your PC for the duration of your visit to the site after which it is automatically deleted. It is the standard method by which websites maintain your shopping basket and is used by most ecommerce websites such as Amazon etc. If you use Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser you will find this setting in the "Privacy" section of your Internet options panel (found under the Tools menu).
